Interface completes redemption of 7.3% senior notes

Interface Inc, a worldwide floorcoverings company completed the previously-announced redemption of all of its outstanding 7.3% Senior Notes.
The Notes, which originally were scheduled to mature on April 1, 2008, were redeemed at a price of 101.352% of par value, plus accrued interest. The aggregate principal amount of the Notes redeemed was $72 million.
Interface Inc is the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet, which it markets under the InterfaceFLOR, FLOR, Heuga and Bentley Prince Street brands, and, through its Bentley Prince Street brand, enjoys a leading position in the designer quality segment of the broadloom carpet market.
