Nitin Spinners Ltd has informed that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following: 1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that day & the Directors & Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sh. S K Sharma & Sh. Dinesh Nolkha, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. R S Dani & Co, Chartered Accountants, Bhilwara, as Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Shri. R L Nolkha as Chairman & Managing Directors of the Company for a further period of five years commencing from September 01, 2007 to August 31, 2012, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
