Provogue India Ltd has informed that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2007, inter alia, have also transacted the following businesses: 1. Increase in the Salary of Mr. Nikhil Chaturvedi, Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2007 for the residual period of his tenure and other terms of appointment as set out in the resolution passed by the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2005 will remain the same for the residual period of his tenure, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
2. Increase in the Salary of Mr. Salil Chaturvedi, Mr. Deep Gupta, Mr. Rakesh Rawat & Mr. Akhil Chaturvedi & Mr. Nigam Patel, Whole time Directors of the Company with effect from April 01, 2007 for the residual period of his tenure and other terms of appointment as set out in the resolution passed by the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2005 will remain the same for the residual period of his tenure, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
