Welspun India Ltd has informed that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following: 1. Adopted the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 together with Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Smt. Bala Deshpande & Shri. Gopiram Goenka, as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co. as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the 22nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Smt. Revathy Ashok, as Director of the Company, liable to retirement by rotation.
