Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2007, inter alia, have considered the following:
1. The Board has appointed Mr. Kamal Mitra, as Additional Director of the Company.
2. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Ashok G Halasangi, Director: Technical, of the Company, and relieved him from the directorship of the Company.
