The expansion of Stoneridge Shopping Center is expected to be completed in phases between Fall 2007 and Spring 2009.
Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, California, a 1.3 million square-foot super-regional retail destination, features Nordstrom, Macy's Women's, Macy's Men's/Children/Home, JCPenney, Sears and more than 165 specialty stores and services, such as Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic and American Eagle Outfitters. Jointly owned by general managing partner The Mills Corporation and General Motors Pension Trust, Stoneridge Shopping Center is strategically located at the intersection of I-680 and I-580, the region's primary north-south and east-west interstates. The mall is located 30 miles east of San Francisco in the East Bay suburb of Pleasanton, the heart of the Tri-Valley region.
