Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend of 7% on Equity Shares Capital for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Shri Manish Bagrodia as Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Lodha & Co; Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Shri Chandra Mohan as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
