Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2007, to take on record the Un financial results for the Half Year ended September 30, 2007 & Auditors Limited Review Report for the Half Year ended September 30, 2007 & also to consider payment of Interim Dividend.
Rajapalayam Mills is a long established spinning mill producing yarn of different counts. The company has undertaken a technology upgradation program. Under the program, new equipment has been installed and old ones replaced.
