Brother International (India) Pvt Ltd, a leading producer of imaging solutions - Laser and Inkjet devices, has unveiled its first Customer Corporate Solution Center in India.
The Customer Corporate Solution Center is a part of Brother's global initiative to offer its customers a more convenient way to select products suited for their needs and to get a first hand look at the company's latest product offerings.
“The Customer Corporate Solution Center is present in all our Regional Head Offices across the world. We are extremely pleased to finally offer such services to our customers in India” said Toshiyuki Takamure, Managing Director of Brother International (India) Pvt Ltd.
Located at the company's Corporate Head Office in Mumbai, the new center will offer customers an opportunity to see the latest products offered by Brother, be shown various product demo's, advise on what product to purchase, answer to any service queries, catalogue's and purchase any of Brother's merchandise (i.e. ink cartridges, printing paper) etc.
“The theme behind having such a center is to offer the customer an even wider range of product choices, advice them as to what product would be best suited for their needs, answer queries with regard to service and warranty etc."

The center will be catered to all of Brother's customers which include - Home users, Small and Medium Businesses (SMB's) and Corporates. It will be open each week from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
