Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2007, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend @ 20% (Rs 2/- per share) on 1,23,25,037 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the half year ended September 30, 2007.
