Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the acquisition of "LNJ Apparel" a Unit of RSWM Ltd (formerly known Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd) at a consideration of Rs 25,50 crores.
LNJ Apparel in engaged in the business of manufacturing & exports of garments having its manufacturing facility at Village Bidadi, Bangalore.
The Board has approved the necessary Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to be entered into & taking necessary actions in this regard.
