Kitex Garments Ltd has informed that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following: 1. Adoption of the Directors Report, the Annual Accounts and the Auditors Report for the year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Declaration of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 at the rate of 15 percent of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. M P Kuriakose as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Venkit & Hari, Chartered Accounts, as Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
