Welspun India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2007, has noted the following changes in the Board of Directors: 1. Dunearn Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd. has withdrawn nomination of Mr. Padmanabh Sinha as director from the Board of the Company and nominated Mr. Arun Todarwal in his stead.
2. ICICI Venture Fund Management Co Ltd has withdrawn nomination of Mrs. Renuka Ramnath as Director from the Board of the Company.
