Ethan Allen Interiors Inc announced that David Cullen is joining the Company as Vice President Finance & Treasurer.
Mr. Cullen has served in a number of public enterprises involved in global manufacturing and marketing. He most recently served as Vice President for Global Finance at Photronics, an industry leading manufacturer of components for the semi-conductor industry.
Prior to that he served as corporate controller for Johnson Outdoors Inc, a company that designs, manufactures and markets quality outdoor recreation products. Mr. Cullen earned his B.A. in accounting at Michigan State University and his CPA while working for BDO Seidman.
