Arvind Mills Ltd has informed that the IDBI Bank by its letter dated October 25, 2007 has informed the Company that they have appointed Mr. G M Yadwadkar, General Manager, IDBI, Ahmedabad as their Nominee Director on the Board of the Company in place of Mr. V K Pandit w.e.f. October 25, 2007.
