BEST is a specially designed service, which provides customer's with on-site help and toll-free customer service to answer customer queries and offer technical expertise. The latter number can be accessed from any landline or mobile anywhere in the country.
BEST authorized service centers are present in 85 locations and this number will reach 100 by the end of this fiscal year.
The company's objective is to reach out to the customer, in practically all locations across the country, wherever Brother Products are available.
