Huntsman Corporation announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.10 per share cash dividend on its common stock.
The dividend is payable on December 31, 2007, to stockholders of record as of December 14, 2007.
Huntsman is a global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals.
Its operating companies manufacture products for a variety of global industries, including chemicals, plastics, automotive, aviation, textiles, footwear, paints and coatings, construction, technology, agriculture, health care, detergent, personal care, furniture, appliances and packaging.
