Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co Ltd announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2007.
The above results were approved by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30th October, 2007.

On 1st February 1935, the firm became a Private Limited company and carried on business in the erstwhile British India including Burma.
The Yarn division produces Yarn for Domestic and Exports purposes. It has one spinning mill at Akbarpur near Delhi. It is equipped with cutting edge machinery Spindles and Rotors to manufacture the entire range of Cotton, Synthetic and Blended Yarn.
The company is also equipped with the state-of-art process house for manufacture of fibre dyed yarn. It has earned a reputation for excellence with quality conscious organizations in India as well as in overseas counties like Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Romania, Cyprus, South Korea, Bangladesh and Chile.
