Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
"Provision for current taxation has been made in the accounts.
Deferred taxation asset or liability and so also the commission, if any payable to Managerial Personnel have not been provided and the same would be ascertained and provided in the year end Annual Accounts."
