Victoria Mills Ltd has informed that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations: "Provision of approximately Rs 9.50 cores has not been made in this quarter regarding fraud against the Company, due to uncertainties involved and pending police investigation."
