Rupee term loan not exceeding Rs 19,90,00,000 (Rupees nineteen crore ninety lacs only) lent and advanced / agreed to be lent and advanced by IDBI Ltd to the Company together with interest thereon, compound interest, additional interest, liquidated damages, premia on pre-payment or on redemption, costs, charges, expenses and other monies payable by the Company to IDBI under their loan agreement entered / to be entered by the Company in respect of the aforesaid term loan; subject to necessary provision and approvals.
