This was followed by a selection by the Ordinary General Asembly of members of the Board of Directors for its third session starting from 09/12/2007, as follows:

HE Eng. Abdulaziz Al- Zamil congratulated the newly elected members of the Board of Directors and expressed his gratitude to the members of the previous Board of Directors for their efforts during their term in office.
HE also extended his gratitude to all areas concerned for their continued support of Sipchem and also thanked shareholders for their continued support and assistance.
