Oswal F. M Hammerle Textiles Ltd had inked a contract with the Government of Maharashtra in June for establishing a yarn-dyed shirting project at Kagal, near Kolhapur in Maharashtra.
Recently, a plant equipped with machineries has been set up at the company and both of these are imported from Germany, Switzerland and Japan. Commercial production of the plant is scheduled to start from February 2008. Yarn dyed fabric produced from the plant will target Asia and overseas market.
