Rajapalayam Mills Board to consider 2nd interim dividend

Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2008, to take on record the Un-audited financial results for the Nine Months ended December 31, 2007.
The Meeting will also, among other things, consider the Auditors' Limited Review Report for the Nine months ended December 31, 2007.
Further the Company has informed that, at the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors will consider payment of 2nd interim Dividend.
