Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter (October to December) ended on December 31, 2007 (Q3).
Century Textiles & Industries Limited, Mumbai was incorporated in the year 1897. Till 1951 it had only one industrial unit - Cotton Textile Mills. Since then the Company has been making rapid progress in widely diversified fields.
