Sealy Corporation, the largest bedding manufacturer in the world, announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 of $0.075 per share of common stock.
The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2008 to stockholders of record as of January 21, 2008.
Sealy is the largest bedding manufacturer in the world with sales of approximately $1.6 billion in 2006.
