Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2008, has appointed Mr. Mahendra Kumar Aggarwal as Managing director in place of Mr. Guarav Aggarwal and the remuneration is decided within the specified limit prescribed in schedule XIII of the Companies Act 1956.
