Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, has transacted the following:
1. Shri. Ashish Bagrodia, Joint Managing Director of the Company had been appointed as
Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2008 for a period of five years subject to required approvals.
2. Shri. Satish Bagrodia, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company had resigned from the Post of Managing Director of the Company, however he will continue to be Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company.
