Seasons Textiles to raise authorized share capital

Seasons Textiles Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 04, 2008, inter alia, have taken the following decisions: 1. To increase the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs 8.00 Crore to Rs 12.00 Crore and to accordingly amend the relevant clauses of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
2. To issue 54,09,700 Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 4/- each on Preferential basis aggregating to Rs 7,75,35,800/- as per details given in the notice.
