Interface Inc, a worldwide floorcoverings company announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, representing an increase of $0.01 per share in the regular quarterly dividend.
The $0.03 per share dividend is payable March 21, 2008 to shareholders of record as of March 7, 2008.
Interface Inc is the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet, which it markets under the InterfaceFLOR, FLOR, Heuga and Bentley Prince Street brands, and, through its Bentley Prince Street brand, enjoys a leading position in the designer quality segment of the broadloom carpet market.
