SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2008 has approved the appointment of Mr. Amar Narang S/o Sh. Gopal Das as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. March 16, 2008.
Mr. Amar Narang would be an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
