Rohm & Haas raises price for Automate, Oilsol & Mortrace

Rohm and Haas announced an 8% increase to its global list pricing for select products in its range of AUTOMATE Liquid Dyes, OILSOL Powder Dyes and MORTRACE Fuel Markers.
The increases will be effective May 1, 2008.
“Our costs have risen in many areas including organic intermediates, solvents, packaging materials, energy and transportation."
"While we have worked hard to mitigate these effects through productivity and supply chain improvements, the extent of these run-ups necessitates an increase at this time,” said Steve Vogler, Global Marketing Manager for the business.
