Huntsman to raise Amine prices in the NAFTA region

Huntsman Corporation announced that effective May 1, 2008, or as applicable contracts allow, that its Performance Products division will increase list and off-list prices in the NAFTA region for all grades of the following products:
- JEFFAMINE D-230 $0.10/lb - JEFFAMINE D-2000 $0.10/lb - JEFFAMINE D-400 $0.15/lb - JEFFAMINE T-403 $0.15/lb - JEFFAMINE T-5000 $0.15/lb - JEFFAMINE T-3000 $0.15/lb - JEFFAMINE XTJ series $0.10/lb - SURFONAMINE series $0.10/lb - JEFFAMINE D, ED, HK, and M series $0.10/lb(except as noted above).
Huntsman said that these increases are necessary due to increased costs in packaging, energy and basic raw materials.
