Mr. Simon has also served on the boards of the American Petroleum Institute and the National Association of Manufacturers.
He is a member of the Board of Visitors for Duke University's School of Engineering and a member of the President's Council. In addition, he is on the Kellogg Advisory Board of Northwestern University.
A native of Columbia, Missouri, Mr. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
