Gail India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the payment of final dividend @ 60% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2007-08, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
