Banswara Syntex Ltd has informed that instead of publishing unaudited quarterly working results for last quarter ended March 31, 2008 within one month, the Company shall publish and submit Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the Financial Year.
