With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 20, 2008 regarding Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 29, 2008 for approval of Audited Statement of Accounts for the Financial Year 2007-08 ended on March 31, 2008 and other items, Indo Rama Synthetics India Ltd has informed that since the audit exercise is not yet complete the following items in respect of which notice had been given will not be tabled and considered at the said Board Meeting viz,
1. Approval of Audited Accounts for the Financial year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Recommendation of Dividend.
3. Fixation of Date of Annual General Meeting (AGM), and
4. Dates of Closure of Register of Member and Share Transfer Books.
Accordingly, all the matters as aforesaid shall be considered at a future Board Meeting.
