Mr Shrikant reappointed as director of Himatsingka Seide

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors vide their Circular Resolution dated May 27, 2008 have re-appointed Mr. Shrikant Himatsingka, as a Executive Director, for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. June 03, 2008, liable to retire by rotation.
His appointment will be placed for approval before the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Himatsingka Filati, our spinning division, was established in technical collaboration with Filati Buratti of Italy.
Equipped with the latest machinery, it produces a wide range of regular and fancy 100 % silk and silk blended yarns.
