With reference to news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Middle East's Al Rostamani may buy 25% stake in GHCL", GHCL Ltd has clarified to that the Company is an expanding organization and exploring growth opportunities organically and in-organically both.
As a sequel to this effort, the Company keeps examining various proposals for funding requirements.
