Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2008, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of 20% on the paid - up Equity Share Capital of the Company.
The Company has also set up an independent Cotton Purchase Office in Bathinda for the selection & procurement of Cotton to meet out its requirement in all the Units.
