Vardhman Holdings Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2008, has appointed Mr. Bal Krishan Arora and Mr. Sat Pal Kanwar as an Additional Directors of the Company.
However the effective date of appointment of Mr. Sat Pal Kanwar will be the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN).
