Gloster Jute Mills Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, to consider and take on record, amongst other business the adoption of the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to recommended dividend, if any, for the year 2007-08.
GJML was promoted mainly for the purpose of taking over the entire assets and liabilities of Jute Division of Fort Gloster Industries Ltd (FGIL) and to carry on the affairs of the Jute Division of FGIL as a going concern.
