JBF equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

JBF Industries Ltd has informed that pursuant to Order made on the June 13, 2008 the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on July 15, 2008, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Microsynth Fabrics (India) Ltd.
