Arvind International Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, for consideration, approval and taking on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2008 and also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
The garment business is witnessing improved price realization, volume growth as well as profitability improvements due to productivity gains and will continue to add value to the textile business.
