Science Company DuPont declared a fourth quarter common stock dividend of 37 cents per share, payable Dec 14, to stockholders of record Nov 15.
This dividend is the same as what was paid in the third quarter 2005. This is the 405th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.
Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable Jan 25, 2006, to stockholders of record Jan 10, 2006.
