Net income for the nine months ended October 29, 2005 was $829,000, which included a $147,000 charge for severance costs associated with the Company's previous reorganization. For the nine months ended October 30, 2004 net loss was $1.3 million, which included a gain of $943,000 on the sale of Hometown Threads and a $567,000 loss on the discontinuation of that operation.
