Celanese Emulsions, a business of Integrated global producer of value-added industrial chemicals, Celanese Corporation announced a new agent and distributor for its Celanese Mowilith and Vinamul polymer emulsions in Poland.
As of January 1, 2006, the company will work with Hamburska Spolka Handlowa, HSH Ltd., Poland, and a partner company of TER HELL GMBH & CO, Hamburg, Germany. HSH focuses on the paints, coatings, construction and adhesive industries.
As part of the integration of Vinamul Polymers into the Celanese Emulsions business, Celanese is aligning its channels to the emulsions markets, with HSH as the company's preferred partner to serve the Polish market. Celanese Emulsions intends to expand its cooperation with HSH in future to other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
