Bill Clinton to rally in support of DR-CAFTA Lobby

Thr DR-CAFTA treaty is getting support from a very prominent former first couple Bill and Hillary Clinton.
This was conveyed by Dominican Republic President Leonel Fernandez's Press Office which stated that the former US President Clinton has agreed to join the DR-CAFTA lobby that seeks support to convince US legislators to pass the bill.
It was reported that President Fernandez met former President Bill Clinton and New York Senator Hillary Clinton at their home in Chappaqua, New York.
Accompanying him on the visit were the Dominican ambassador in Washington, Flavio Dario Espinal, architect Eduardo Selman who was appointed liaison between the government and the Dominican community abroad, and businessman Rolando Gonzalez, President of EGE-Haina.
Fernandez traveled to New York and Washington soliciting support from leading figures and institutions, media reports said.
