Yao Defen, the world's tallest woman with a height of 2.36 metres could not get suitable footwear in her country and she sought help of a German cobbler, Georg Wessels.
Wessels has been making shoes for almost 25 years for people who have got unusually long feet.
His suitcase had no space left as he had packed two pairs of shoes and a pair of sandal for his special Chinese customer.
Yao who is among the tallest people in the world is unable to travel, thanks to her huge feet and she wears mens shoes as nothing fit her size.
Wessels expressed his desire to help Yao in getting rid of tumour, reason of her unbelievable height for a Chinese.
His range begins with 43 for women and 47 for men respectively, which is not found in shoe shops; the size of Yao is 57.
Matthew MacGrory of US, who according to Wessels was a close friend of his, was having the largest size of 69.
