The two sides had in-depth exchanges of views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of mutual interest, and reached extensive consensus.

China expressed continued support for Bangladesh's graduation from the least developed country (LDC) status in 2026, according to Bangladesh media reports.

Hasina returned to Bangladesh yesterday after holding talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Qiang.
